Vi jobbar enligt Responsible Tourism Program, ett arbetssätt som tagits fram för att främja en mer hållbar besöksnäring, där företag, destinationer och kommuner arbetar tillsammans för ökad miljöhänsyn, resursbesparande lösningar, och lokalsamhällets utveckling. Programmet baseras på Global Sustainable Tourism Council (GSTC) globala standard för hållbar turism. 
 

Inom programmet görs förbättringsarbeten som är bra både för boende och besökare, skapar arbeten och livskraftiga verksamheter, och som sker på naturens och kulturens villkor, vilket är positivt då allt fler besökare vill lämna platser de besökt i ett bättre skick än de fann dem.

We work according to the Responsible Tourism Program, a framework developed to promote a more sustainable tourism industry where businesses, destinations and municipalities work together for increased environmental responsibility, support more resource-efficient solutions, and strengthen local community development. The program is based on Global Sustainability Tourism Council’s (GSTC) global standard for sustainable tourism.   
 

Within the program, continuous improvements are made to benefit both residents and visitors, create jobs and foster viable businesses. These efforts are conducted on the terms of nature and culture – a vital approach as an increasing number of visitors wish to leave the destinations they visit in a better condition than they found them.
