At Lappvik Farm, we offer meat boxes from our own lambs of the Gute and Finull breeds – two Swedish breeds with distinct character and origin. Our animals grow at a natural pace on clean northern Swedish land, with plenty of space, fresh air, and natural grazing. The result is meat that carries the flavor of the landscape they live in – authentic, sustainable, and traceable.
Gutelam is something truly special. The breed is original and almost unrefined, which gives the meat an exclusive character. It is lean, firm in texture, and has a distinct, almost game-like flavor – elegant and natural at the same time. Meat for those who seek something beyond the ordinary, where the taste tells the story of the Nordic nature.
The fine wool lamb offers a milder and rounder flavor with fine marbling and a tender texture. It is juicy, tender, and perfect for classic dishes where the lamb takes center stage.
All our meat boxes are delivered cut, vacuum-packed, and labeled, ready to be frozen or cooked immediately. You can choose between half and whole boxes, and we are happy to customize the cuts according to your preferences.
