About Lappvik Farm and Experience

Lappvik is more than a farm – it is a way of life.
Here, at the end of the road in Skellefteå’s wilderness, nature, animals, and people come together in a small-scale cycle where everything is connected.

We, Ola and Emelie Boström, run the farm with a love for authenticity and a desire to show that sustainability begins with simplicity. With us, you can experience life close to nature – through our snowmobile tours, encounters with the sheep, and the flavors of the farm’s own lamb meat.

We raise Gute and Finull sheep, two Swedish breeds with completely different characters – just like life here in the north. Gute represents the original, wild, and robust, while Finull symbolizes the soft and caring. Both breeds remind us of the importance of diversity and preserving what is genuine.

An important part of the farm’s work is our herding dogs, trained from the ground up to become an invaluable part of the daily care of the sheep. The collaboration between human and dog is built on trust, precision, and respect for the animals.

Our values are simple:
